What is mission of coaching?
Coaching is an ongoing partnership in the process of self-discovery based on inquiry, reflection, and creativity opening you up to new perspectives and self-appreciation. The purpose of coaching is to inspire you with forward moving action to help you realize your goals and maximize your highest potential. It supports you in creating more confidence, abundance, focus, balance, intimacy, and clarity in all areas of your life, both personal and professional.

Together we create the life you were meant to live through a process that combines a series of simple steps and strategies, along with measurable progress.

Coaching’s primary focus in on forward moving action, dealing with the client’s present situation and co-creating a path that leads to the client’s ideal vision for their future. Sometimes I may offer suggestions or my own insight but only at your approval. You are always in the driver's seat leading the session. 

How does it work?
It all begins with a complimentary 30-minute phone session in which we look at where you are right now and where you would like to be in your future, together we determine what you would like coaching to do for you, and if you are ready we move forward with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions—whichever best suits your needs. Coaching is always about you and your needs. On average, the coaching relationship lasts 6 months. I ask that you commit to a minimum of 3 months to really see the life changing benefits that coaching has to offer. Once the coaching relationship established, you come to each session with an issue, subject, or goal to address and we go from there. Again, you are leading the session.
